I’ve done a couple batches with this recipe, and I have to say I love it (and so does Chris). I preferred it when I used my Baby Bear pumpkins, but it still works well with any pumpkin seeds. Here is the recipe that I used from Simply Recipes.
I added salt to them before I put them in the oven for some extra saltiness. Not going to lie, I couldn’t stop eating them. So good and didn’t last very long at all. It was simple enough that I can do this pretty often when I have some spare time. I think I nailed it.
