Recently I tried these Glazed Pork Chops by Budget Bytes, and they turned out perfect!! I don’t know if you have the same issue that I have with pork chops, but I always tend to overcook them and they get rather dry and aren’t as tasty as they could be. I tend to be afraid that I am going to undercook them which then leads to overcooking them. I followed the recipe to the T except for letting them sit in the rub overnight.
I am so happy with the outcome of these pork chops, I will be putting these into normal rotation so we can eat them more often. I made mine with asparagus, since both Chris and I love asparagus. I simply sauteed them in olive oil with some freshly chopped garlic, salt, pepper and some cayenne pepper (because like things hot).
