Welcome to Last Night’s Dinner!
I made pan fried chicken thighs with a side of linguini and fried potatoes.
I started with olive oil and garlic for both the thighs and the potatoes. The chicken I lightly seasoned with some red pepper flakes, salt, pepper and creole seasoning. The potatoes were simply seasoned with salt and pepper while they cooked. Once the linguini was finished, I added creole seasoning to my noodles.
I don’t really follow recepies for every day cooking. I guess I’m a free spirit like that, or maybe I don’t like following directions, haha.
